Streame Creator Agreement

1. Independent creator

Creator is an independent content creator, not an employee, partner, agent, or joint venturer of Streame. Creator controls how the content is made and is responsible for Creator’s own business expenses and obligations.

2. Ownership and permission to distribute

Creator keeps ownership of the content. Creator gives Streame a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, encode, stream, display, distribute, and promote the submitted content and Creator profile through Streame and its marketing channels. Streame may use service providers as needed to operate the platform. Creator may publish the content elsewhere unless separate written terms say otherwise.

3. Creator promises

Creator confirms that:

• Creator owns or controls the rights needed to submit and distribute the content.
• Music, scripts, footage, voices, performances, names, likenesses, trademarks, and other third-party material are properly licensed or disclosed.
• Any AI tools or services used allow the intended commercial use and distribution, and Creator will accurately disclose how AI was used.
• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, or an invasion of another person’s privacy or publicity rights.

4. Review, publication, and removal

Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, placement, sales, or revenue. Streame may request changes, reject a submission, or suspend or remove content for quality, rights, policy, safety, or legal reasons.

Creator may request removal by emailing info@streame.ai. Streame may keep private archival copies for accounting, legal, and dispute records and may complete a reasonable wind-down for existing customer access.

5. Revenue share

For paid Creator content under this Agreement, Creator receives 70% and Streame receives 30% of Eligible Net Revenue unless separate written title-specific terms say otherwise.

Eligible Net Revenue means customer payments Streame actually receives for the Creator’s paid content, less transaction taxes, payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, credits, and directly attributable fraud losses. Reversals may be deducted from current or future earnings. Streame does not guarantee any sales or minimum revenue.

6. Payouts and taxes

Streame will make valid earnings available after the applicable processing and hold period through its designated payout provider. Before monetized content is released, Creator must complete the requested payout and tax onboarding, including a W-9, W-8, or other required form. Creator is responsible for Creator’s taxes. Streame may report or withhold amounts when legally required.

7. Term and termination

This Agreement continues until either party ends it by written notice. Streame may immediately suspend or terminate access for a serious breach, rights concern, fraud, or legal risk. Valid accrued earnings remain payable, subject to refunds, chargebacks, holds, offsets, and legal requirements. Sections that logically need to continue after termination will survive.

8. Responsibility and limits

Creator is responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by Creator’s breach of the rights and content promises above. Streame does not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, Streame is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and Streame’s total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the Creator earnings paid or payable during the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and complete agreement

A material change to these terms requires Creator to accept a new version. This Agreement and any written title-specific terms are the complete agreement about Creator’s distribution through Streame and replace earlier discussions on that subject. Any other change must be in writing and accepted by both parties.

10. Law, disputes, and contact

Washington law governs this Agreement. Before filing a claim, the parties will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it by email. Any court proceeding must be brought in Yakima County, Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Notices and questions may be sent to info@streame.ai.
